Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the FMCG and spices sector.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling kitchen spices and related FMCG products.
  • Conduct field visits daily to expand product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and onboard new retailers, stockists, and distributors to increase market penetration.
  • Ensure product placement, availability, and visibility at retail counters.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to generate consumer awareness and demand.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management.
  • Support promotional campaigns, trade marketing activities, and product launches.
  • Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong field sales and marketing skills in FMCG sector.
  • Knowledge of spices and food product sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer service mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
