Senior Site Engineer

The Senior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site construction activities for apartment projects, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor civil, structural, and finishing works
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Track site progress and report to the Project Head
• Ensure quality control and proper workmanship at all stages
• Manage labor workforce and ensure productivity
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in residential/apartment projects
• Experience in handling multi-storey or gated community projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
