Senior Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Video Editor to join our growing team, dedicated to producing high-quality long form content. You will be editing engaging, fast-paced long form videos for multiple clients across various movie and TV show niches — managing the full edit from raw footage to final upload-ready file.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long form content from raw footage for multiple YouTube/social media clients
• Add dynamic cuts, zooms, text overlays, and sound effects to enhance viewer engagement
• Maintain each creator's unique style and brand identity
• Deliver consistent, high-quality edits within agreed turnaround times
• Communicate proactively about revisions and feedback
• Organize and manage project files efficiently across multiple clients

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional video editing experience
• Strong portfolio with long form content edits (YouTube preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Solid understanding of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling in long form content
• Experience handling multi-cam sync (reactor + content footage)
• Familiarity with YouTube content guidelines and copyright-safe editing
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Hollywood movies, TV shows, and the entertainment industry
• A genuine movie lover and pop culture enthusiast — you live and breathe films, series, and everything in between
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with After Effects for motion graphics
• Knowledge of color grading and audio mixing
• Deep familiarity with classic and modern Hollywood cinema

What We Offer
