Job Description:

  • Supervising showroom staff and assigning duties
  • Interacting with customers to resolve issues
  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with inventory teams
  • Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met
  • Conducting daily reports and sales audits
  • Training new hires and ensuring customer service excellence
  • Leading daily showroom operations and sales planning
  • Overseeing product displays, cleanliness, and orderliness
  • Handling escalated customer complaints and feedback
  • Maintaining coordination between sales, billing, and inventory
  • Reviewing staff performance and providing feedback

Note : Candidates residing in or around Bellandur are preferred and previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
