Job Description
We are hiring a dedicated Site Engineer to supervise and manage residential construction site activities. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality checking, contractor coordination, and ensuring projects are completed on time with proper safety and quality standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at site
- Monitor work progress as per drawings and project schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams
- Ensure quality standards and site safety compliance
- Handle material checking and site measurements
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
- Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Required SkillsKnowledge of residential construction and site execution
- Ability to read civil and architectural drawings
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Good communication and team handling skills
- QualificationDiploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience1 to 3 Years in Residential Construction Projects
