Job Description
- On-Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities and ensure all work follows the approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Labor Management: Coordinate with contractors and manage on-site labor to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to timelines.
- Material Management: Track incoming materials, ensure proper storage, and prevent wastage or theft on-site.
- Quality Control: Inspect the quality of work at every stage (civil, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure it meets company standards.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and update the management on milestones and any potential delays.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and that the site remains a safe working environment.
