About the Role
We are looking for a Service Technician to visit customer locations and carry out service, maintenance, and basic repairs of solar water heaters and heat pumps. Experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer locations assigned by the company.
- Service and maintain solar water heaters.
- Service and maintain heat pumps.
- Inspect systems and identify basic issues.
- Carry out minor repairs and replacements when required.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the service provided.
- Maintain service records and report completed work.
- Follow company safety procedures during service visits.
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or basic technical knowledge preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Willingness to learn and work in the field.
- Must be comfortable traveling to customer locations.
- Good attitude and willingness to solve customer problems.
