Job Description
Position: Spa Manager
Location: Across our outlets in Bengaluru
Openings: 3
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives up to ₹10,000/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa.
- Handle customer service and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with therapists and ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Maintain hygiene, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve outlet sales and operational targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality management role.
- Male or Female candidates can apply.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
