Job SummaryWe are looking for experienced professionals for the positions of Stitching Production Manager and Stitching Quality Head to lead garment production and quality operations while ensuring productivity, quality compliance, and on-time delivery.

- Stitching Production Manager - ResponsibilitiesManage daily stitching production activities.
- Ensure achievement of production targets.
- Perform line balancing and manpower planning.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and machine utilization.
- Coordinate with Cutting, Quality, and Finishing departments.
- Reduce production losses and improve output.
- Prepare daily production and efficiency reports.
- Stitching Quality Head - ResponsibilitiesLead the quality department across all production stages.
- Develop and implement quality control systems.
- Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections.
- Reduce defects, rejections, and customer complaints.
- Train quality teams and production staff on quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with buyer and company quality requirements.
- Analyze quality reports and implement corrective actions.
- Requirements5-12 years of experience in Garment Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of stitching, production planning, and garment quality standards.
- Experience in handling large production teams.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of woven, knitwear, or home textile production preferred.
