Job Description
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
Issue materials to production or other departments as per approved requests.
Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
Petty cash purchase.
Monitor stock levels and inform the procurement team about replenishment needs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for material receipt and dispatch.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
