Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Summer Camp Offer: RS 500 per class on top of fixed pay. Get a chance to earn more during summer and eventually continue working with us for long time.
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching swimming techniques, ensuring safety, and helping students of all age groups build confidence in the water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach basic to advanced swimming skills to students
- Plan and conduct structured swimming sessions
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the pool area
- Handle emergency situations effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a swimming instructor or coach
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety
- Certification in swimming/lifeguarding (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with children and adults
