Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Customer Understanding & Solution Mapping (Top Priority)
- Interact with clients and practice Active listening to truly understand their spoken and unspoken requirements, technical pain points, and expectations.
- Recommend appropriate product solutions that align with their actual needs, offering clarity and value.
- Earn customer trust by demonstrating product knowledge and offering accurate, honest guidance.
Customer Presentations & Demonstrations
- Deliver clear and engaging product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the customer's understanding level.
- Participate in online or in-person sessions to promote product use and clarify doubts.
New product penetration – Large customers/ consultants/ End customers
- Actively engage with key decision makers to position and penetrate the product
- Generate a personalised pitch and approach for penetration
- Operate independently if needed without sales help in penetration
New product penetration facilitation– Small customers
- Segment mid and small customers into cohorts with similar characteristics and work with the sales person in penetrating 10% of each cohort with the relevant products
- Once the initial penetration is done create a sales pitch or a case study or a value proposition pitch that the sales team can use to conquer the rest of the cohort
- Constantly engage with sales team and help the sales team by refining the sales pitch to help improving penetration
Technical Content & Product Communication
- Convert complex technical specifications into simple, benefit-oriented messaging.
- Assist in creating technical brochures, case studies, product sheets, social media content, and explainer videos.
Sales Enablement Support
- Support the sales team with customer insights, use-case-based product suggestions, and comparison data.
- Collaborate to fine-tune product messaging and positioning based on market and customer understanding.
Market & Feedback Analysis
- Collect customer feedback, analyse trends, and communicate insights to product and R&D teams.
- Keep track of competitor activity and evolving customer expectations.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong technical base in electrical or electronics concepts.
- Active listening skills to understand customer thought processes, concerns, and hidden requirements.
- Ability to simplify and explain technical content to non-technical audiences.
- Confident communicator with clarity in speech and writing.
- Quick learner who adapts to product updates and industry changes.
- Creative thinking for content generation and solution presentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- Freshers with strong technical understanding and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
