Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Technical Support Executive to assist our clients with the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Tally Prime, Tally on Cloud, and associated Cloud/GST services. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical queries, ensuring smooth accounting and compliance operations for our customers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Tally Support: Provide end-to-end technical support for Tally Prime, including installation, data migration, configuration, and troubleshooting data corruption issues.
- Cloud Services Management: Assist clients in deploying and managing Tally on Cloud environments, handling user access permissions, remote desktop connections (RDP), and cloud backup configurations.
- GST & Compliance Assistance: Guide users through GST configurations in Tally, including e-way bill generation, e-invoicing, GSTR filing errors, and statutory updates.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, network, and cloud-related technical glitches via phone, email, or remote desktop tools (like AnyDesk or TeamViewer).
- Client Training: Briefly educate clients on best practices for data backup, cloud security, and utilizing new Tally features efficiently.
- Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate (B.Com, BCA, B.Sc IT) or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, Tally ERP 9, Windows Server, RDP setup, and basic cloud infrastructure.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Indian taxation basics, particularly GST, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk roles, or as a Tally system administrator (Freshers with strong Tally certification may apply).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, patience, and clear verbal communication in English and regional languages to assist non-technical users.
