Job Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Executive who can assist clients with technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth usage of our communication platforms and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, email, WhatsApp, and support tickets
- Provide technical assistance related to SMS, WhatsApp API, and communication services
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
- Assist clients with API integration support and onboarding
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issue tracking
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic technical understanding of APIs, SMS platforms, or web applications
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle multiple client queries efficiently
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation or Master’s degree (No pursuing candidates)
- Freshers or candidates with 6 months–3 years of experience can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidate should have an Android smartphone
Working Days & Timings:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Fixed Off
