Job Description
A Personal Loan Telecaller initiates calls to potential clients, explaining loan products, eligibility criteria, and interest rates, while driving applications to meet sales targets. They handle outbound calls to generate leads, verify documentation, and guide applicants through the approval process.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Contacting prospective customers from databases or inbound leads to sell personal loan products.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Understanding client requirements to recommend the best loan options and explain repayment terms.
- Lead Management: Following up with prospects on loan applications to ensure timely conversion and disbursement.
