Job Description
We are hiring dynamic and energetic Tele Callers to join our growing team at Manipal Fintech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, explaining financial products, and converting leads into successful customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for loan and financial product promotion
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Explain product details clearly and build customer confidence
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversions
- Maintain accurate call and customer records
- Achieve daily and monthly calling & sales targets
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to speak one or more languages:
- English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi
- Confident and persuasive telephonic communication
- Willingness to work in a target‑oriented environment
Preferred Experience
Experience in GL / PL / LAP / Credit Card / Loans process
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
