Telecaller

We are looking for energetic and confident Tele Callers to connect with educational institutions (schools, colleges) and other uniform-related businesses to promote our uniform manufacturing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining our product offerings, and building strong relationships with potential clients.

• Key Responsibilities to Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, institutes, corporates, and uniform dealers
• Introduce the company, its uniform manufacturing capabilities, and product range
• Understand customer requirements related to uniforms (school, corporate, industrial, etc.)
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales representatives
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Follow up with interested clients to ensure conversion
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
• Required Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills in English and regional language(s)
• Confident and persuasive speaking ability
• Basic knowledge of tele calling or sales (training will be provided)
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, or call tracking systems)
• Pleasant personality with a professional approach
• Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in B2B tele calling, textile, garment, or uniform industry is an advantage
• Experience dealing with educational institutions or corporate clients preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
