Job Description

  • Telecaller – Key Responsibilities (Short JD)Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
  • Explain products/services and generate qualified leads.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Update customer details in CRM/Excel.
  • Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
