Overview

We are looking for energetic and communicative telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships over the phone.

Roles & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from potential/existing customers
• Explain products and services clearly and persuasively over the phone
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed sales or appointments
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals set by the team lead
• Handle customer objections professionally and escalate where necessary
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or BPO (domestic/international)
• Good verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle rejection calmly and maintain a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Must be a quick learner and a team player
• Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th pass or above
