Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote personal loans and credit card products, explain features and benefits, assess customer needs, and help complete the application process while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain personal loan and credit card products, features, eligibility, and benefits.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful applications.
  • Verify customer information and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow up with customers regarding application status and required documents.
  • Address customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulation
