Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller Outbound (Telesales) executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers daily.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain customer database and call records.
- Convince customers and close sales effectively.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for conversions and support.
Requirements :
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (Manditory).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Prior telesales/telecalling experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also appl.y.
