Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Caller to generate leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain property details.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with existing and new customers regularly.
Schedule site visits and meetings for sales managers.
Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales team for client requirements and closures.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada/Telugu preferred.
Basic knowledge of real estate industry is an advantage.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
