Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for property sales.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
• Explain property details, pricing, location advantages, and offers.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule property site visits and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain customer database and update call records.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up on leads regularly to convert into sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales managers for meetings and closures.

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role (real estate experience preferred).

Good communication and convincing skills.
