Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls through Phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Generate new leads and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Share quotations, catalogues, and detailed product information with customers.
- Coordinate with fabricators, dealers, and technical teams for site visits and measurements.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales records using Excel.
- Schedule follow-ups and ensure timely closure to achieve monthly lead conversion targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
