Job Summary

Frankfinn Aviation Services Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Counsellors to join its Domestic Counselling team. The role involves connecting with prospective students, providing information about Frankfinn's career-oriented courses, generating quality leads, and encouraging candidates to visit the institute for free career counselling sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inquiries professionally.

Explain Frankfinn's courses, training programs, and career opportunities.

Motivate and convince prospective students to visit the institute for free counselling sessions.

Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates to maximize walk-ins and conversions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/system data.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Deliver an excellent counselling experience while maintaining professionalism.

Coordinate with the admissions team for successful student conversions.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: Graduate or 12th Pass (Result in hand).

Experience: Minimum 6 months in outbound telecalling, telesales, telemarketing, or tele counselling.

Age: 18 to 34 years.

Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply.

Experience in Education, Training, BPO, Customer Service, or Sales will be an added advantage.

Language Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in:

English

Kannada

Tamil
