Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller & Data Management Executive

- Job Responsibilities:Handle outbound and inbound calls with clients professionally
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Explain company services and schedule appointments
- Maintain and update customer databases and records
- Manage Excel sheets, CRM entries, and documentation
- Verify and organize client information accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding leads and applications
- Prepare daily reports and data updates
- Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Telecalling or customer support experience preferred
- Strong data entry and record management skills
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
