Job Title:Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales team. The candidate should possess good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
• Explain company services and offerings to clients.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales/design team.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and politely.
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/sheets.
• Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client communication.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Ability to convince and handle objections confidently.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and regional language preferred.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Prior telecalling/customer support experience is an advantage.
