Job Description: Ambicaa Jewel Insurance is looking for a Telemarketing Executive to connect with potential and existing customers over the phone and provide information about our insurance products and services. The role involves generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and guiding customers regarding suitable insurance plans.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Key Responsibilities: Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls.
- Explain insurance products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant policy information.
- Answer customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups for sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Work Timings: 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM
