Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential customers through calls, networking, social media, and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline.

2. Client Interaction & Relationship Management

Communicate with customers to understand their needs, explain products/services, and maintain long-term relationships.

3. Product Presentation & Demonstration

Present product features, benefits, and value clearly to clients (online or in person).

4. Achieving Sales Targets

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the company.

5. Negotiation & Closing Deals

Handle pricing discussions, objections, and finalize deals to convert leads into customers.

6. Follow-ups & Customer Support

Regularly follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

8. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prepare daily/weekly reports.

9. Coordination with Internal Teams

Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

10. After-Sales Service

Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and handle any issues or feedback.
