Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Conversion

  • Drive and achieve monthly topline targets through the agency vertical.
  • Ensure portfolio diversification across motor, non-motor, and health products.
  • Manage individual targets for agent recruitment, activation, and premium.

Agent Coordination

  • Drive agent recruitment through team members as per set targets.

. Coordinate with the team to ensure month-on-month activation of agents





Experience & Skills RequiredWork Experience

0–4 years of experience in sales or telesales roles.
