We are looking for a confident Tele Sales Executive who can connect with doctors, explain our services, generate meetings, and close sales over the phone.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesCall doctors, clinics, and hospitals from the provided database.
• Explain DocClix.ai services in a professional manner.
• Generate qualified meetings for our premium services.
• Close one-time registration and appointment booking tool sales over the phone.
• Handle customer queries and objections confidently.
• Send brochures, payment links, and follow up via WhatsApp.
• Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Monthly TargetMinimum Revenue Target: ₹1,00,000 per month
• Generate quality meetings for premium plans.
• Close one-time registration and appointment tool sales over the phone.

Incentive StructureMonthly Revenue Achieved

• ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,49,999 → 10% Incentive on Revenue
• ₹1,50,000 and Above → 20% Incentive on Revenue
• No upper limit on incentives.
• Example EarningsFixed Salary: ₹12,000
• Revenue Generated: ₹1,20,000
• Incentive: ₹12,000
• Total Earnings: ₹24,000

OR

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000
• Revenue Generated: ₹1,80,000
• Incentive: ₹36,000
• Total Earnings: ₹51,000

High performers can earn ₹40,000–₹60,000+ per month.

• Requirements1–3 years of Tele Sales or Inside Sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls daily.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Laptop/Desktop with reliable internet connection.
• Quiet work environment for calling.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
