About the Role

The Realty Engineers is looking for enthusiastic and communicative individuals to join our team as Part-Time Telecallers. This role is perfectly tailored for female college students looking to gain professional experience, build communication skills, and earn income without disrupting their academic schedules. You will be helping us connect with clients interested in premium residential real estate, particularly in the thriving Panathur and greater Bangalore areas.

Work Schedule

Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday

Weekly Offs: Monday and Tuesday

Working Hours: 4:00 PM / 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM (Flexible evening start time to accommodate college classes)

Location: 100% Work From Home

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provided leads to discuss residential property offerings.

Understand customer requirements and share basic details about our real estate projects.

Schedule site visits and coordinate meetings between interested buyers and our sales team.

Maintain accurate and updated records of daily calls and client feedback in a simple tracker.

Follow up with potential leads professionally and politely.

Requirements & Qualifications

Currently enrolled as a college student (female candidates highly preferred).

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in speaking over the phone with a polite and engaging tone.

Access to a reliable smartphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet environment for making calls.

Basic understanding of, or willingness to learn about, the Bangalore real estate market.

Highly organized, punctual, and reliable.

Training & Support

No prior real estate experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive, paid onboarding and continuous support.

All initial training and regular team catch-ups will be conducted online via Google Meet.

You will be provided with call scripts, property briefs, and everything you need to succeed.
