Telesales Executive

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join Finowings Services Private Limited. The role involves contacting customers who have shown interest in personal loans, explaining loan products, guiding them through the application process, and converting leads into successful loan disbursals.

• Key Responsibilities:Call customers from company-provided leads regarding personal loan offers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
• Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, EMIs, and documentation.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
• Collect and verify customer information and required documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for smooth loan processing.
• Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.

Job Requirements:The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass with 0-2 years of experience. Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, sales aptitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
