Compensation

10,000 - 20,000 Fixed Salary

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday Fixed Weekly Off

Mandatory Requirements

Women Candidates Only

Minimum 6months Experience in Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, Insurance, Banking, EdTech, Real Estate, Retail Sales, or any Target-Based Sales Role

Good English Communication Skills (Mandatory)

Proven Track Record of Achieving and Exceeding Sales Targets

Strong Negotiation and Convincing Skills

Comfortable Handling Customer Calls and Sales Conversions

Additional Regional Language Skills will be an Added Advantage

Career Gap Candidates with Prior Sales Experience are Welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally
• Explain company services and offerings to prospective customers
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets consistently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
