welders required. the welders to have adequate experience behind them and should have a fast and a clean hand while executing works. The welders should be certified and should maintain the highest quality while doing their works. The base of the machine is made out of MS channels and MS Sheet.

• Preparation and Setup: Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to determine specifications. Choose appropriate tungsten electrodes, filler rods, and gas, and adjust machine settings (amperage, gas flow).
• Precision Welding: Execute high-precision, intricate welding (often on thin-gauge metals). This involves using a TIG torch and, when needed, a filler rod to create high-quality, often, "stacked-dime" aesthetic welds.
• Material Handling and Inspection: Position and secure workpieces using fixtures and jigs. Visually and dimensionally inspect completed welds for, for example, "sugaring" or discoloration.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on TIG welding machines, including cleaning, troubleshooting, and repairing tools.
• Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE (welding helmet, leather jacket, specialized gloves).
• Finishing: Perform post-weld cleaning, sanding, and polishing of parts to meet quality standards.
