Job Description
Job Title: Process Trainer
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct product and process training for new and existing employees.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
Conduct refresher training sessions when required.
Coordinate with operations and quality teams for training needs.
Maintain training reports and attendance records.
Requirements:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Experience in training or BPO process handling is preferred.
Any Graduate.
