Job description:
Objective: Empower underprivileged youth with accounting skills to bridge the gap between education and employability.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Teach Tally and basic accounting principles to batches of 20–30 students.
- Mentorship: Simplify complex concepts for students from non-commerce backgrounds; provide patience and individual guidance.
- Assessments: Conduct regular practical tests, track attendance, and evaluate student progress.
- Placement Support: Coordinate with the center's placement team to help job-ready candidates prepare for entry-level accounting interviews.
Key Requirements
- Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Technical Skills: TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel.
- Experience: 1–2 years as a Tally trainer or accountant (NGO or vocational training experience is a plus).
- Soft Skills: High empathy, excellent patience, and fluency in the local language.
