• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, and grooming services for male and female clients.
• Provide hair coloring, highlights, streaking, smoothening, keratin, rebonding, and other chemical treatments.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care treatments based on client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service and consultation.
• Promote salon services, products, and treatment packages.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Follow salon standards, safety procedures, and hygiene protocols.
• RequirementsMinimum 2–5 years of experience as a Unisex Hair Dresser/Stylist.
• Proficiency in men's and women's haircuts and styling.
• Knowledge of hair coloring and chemical treatments.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
• Preferred QualificationsCertification/Diploma in Hair Styling or Cosmetology.
