What You'll Be Doing

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, websites, YouTube, and marketing initiatives.
• Create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) aligned with current trends.
• Produce professional long-form videos including corporate films, product videos, testimonials, interviews, and educational content.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, sound effects, subtitles, and color grading to enhance viewer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Branding, Design, and Content teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Optimize videos according to platform-specific best practices and audience preferences.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
• Manage project timelines efficiently while handling multiple editing assignments.
• Stay updated with emerging editing techniques, AI-powered editing tools, and social media trends.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2+ years of professional experience in video editing (preferred).
• Possesses a strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercial video editing work.
• Has excellent storytelling ability and understands audience engagement.
• Is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality visual content.
• Can work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and consistency in delivering quality work.
• Is looking for a stable, long-term career and believes in growing together with the organization.
• Can perform well under deadlines without compromising quality.

Technical Skills

Must Have

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator (Basic)
• DaVinci Resolve (Color Correction & Grading)
• Audio Editing & Synchronization

Good to Have

• Adobe Audition
• Blender or Cinema 4D (Basic Motion Graphics)
• CapCut Pro / VN Editor
• AI-powered editing tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Descript, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of cinematography and lighting

Bonus Points If You

• Understand healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or D2C brand content.
• Have experience creating viral social media content.
• Can conceptualize videos from script to final output.
• Have basic shooting knowledge and camera handling skills.
• Bring fresh ideas and proactively suggest creative improvements.
