We create high-quality property content, project walkthroughs, reels, ads, and educational videos to help buyers make better property decisions.

We are looking for a creative and fast-moving Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging videos for social media, ads, and property marketing campaigns.

Role: Video EditorThe Video Editor will be responsible for editing short-form and long-form real estate videos, including project reels, property walkthroughs, Meta ad creatives, YouTube videos, founder videos, client testimonials, and educational content.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, storytelling, hooks, pacing, captions, music, and premium real estate presentation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and WhatsApp marketing videos.
• Create property project videos using raw footage, drone shots, walkthrough clips, images, and brochure assets.
• Add captions, titles, transitions, motion graphics, icons, callouts, and CTA screens.
• Edit Meta ad video creatives focused on lead generation and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Create high-retention videos with strong hooks in the first 3 seconds.
• Work on real estate content such as location highlights, project USPs, amenities, floor plans, pricing, offers, and possession updates.
• Edit founder-led educational videos and talking-head content.
• Sync visuals with voiceover, background music, and brand tone.
• Maintain Propz Realty’s visual identity across all videos.
• Repurpose one shoot into multiple content formats.
• Coordinate with the marketing/content team for scripts, creative ideas, and campaign requirements.
• Deliver videos within deadlines for daily/weekly posting schedules.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of video editing software such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Final Cut Pro
• CapCut / VN / Canva Video
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ad formats.
• Ability to create premium, clean, and modern real estate edits.
• Knowledge of captions, typography, sound design, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Ability to edit videos in multiple ratios: 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 16:9.
• Basic color correction and audio cleanup skills.
• Understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and creative references.
• Fast turnaround time with attention to detail.
• Preferred ExperiencePrior experience editing real estate videos, property walkthroughs, or luxury/lifestyle content.
• Experience creating video ads for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, or WhatsApp campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of thumbnail design and graphic layouts.
• Ability to shoot basic videos is an added advantage.
• Experience with AI tools for captions, voiceovers, image enhancement, or video repurposing is a plus.

SalarySalary will be based on experience, portfolio quality, and skill level.

Expected Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Higher compensation can be considered for candidates with strong real estate or performance marketing video experience.
