Job Overview

We are looking for an innovative, detail-oriented Video Editor who seamlessly blends traditional post-production craft with cutting-edge AI tools. The ideal candidate isn’t just skilled in timeline editing, pacing, and storytelling, they also know how to leverage modern AI tools to accelerate workflows, generate creative assets, and push the boundaries of digital content. If you know how to combine classic editing techniques with AI efficiency, we want you on our team.


Key Responsibilities


  • End-to-End Video Production: Edit high-engaging short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube, brand films, campaigns).
  • AI-Enhanced Workflow: Utilize AI generation and video tools for tasks like automated captioning, voice synthesis, smart asset generation, upscaling, and rapid ideation.
  • Post-Production Polish: Craft smooth transitions, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and typography to elevate visual quality.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work alongside marketing and creative teams to brainstorm concepts and execute multi-platform video strategies.
  • Platform Optimization: Format, crop, and optimize videos for maximum engagement across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Web.

Required Skills & Qualifications


Traditional NLE Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.


  • Hands-on AI Expertise: Active experience using AI video and creative tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Premiere AI features, Topaz, Descript, HeyGen, or similar).
  • Storytelling & Pacing: Strong grasp of visual pacing, sound design, typography, and storytelling across various video formats.
  • Technical Savvy: Thorough understanding of video codecs, aspect ratios, color spaces, and export settings.

Preferred Qualifications:


Motion graphics, 2D animation, or VFX capabilities.

  • Proven track record of creating high-performing social media campaigns.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both polished traditional edits and creative AI integration.


Who Can Apply:

Candidates: with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing.

Freshers/Self-taught editors who showcase an exceptional portfolio or showreel demonstrating both editing mastery and AI tool integration.
