* Manage VM execution across assigned stores
* Improve product visibility and sales through better displays and layouts
* Conduct heat map/customer movement analysis to optimize store flow
* Identify slow-moving zones/products and improve performance
* Coordinate with store teams for display execution and maintenance
* Conduct regular store visits, audits, and VM reporting
