Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate VMC/CNC machines as per production requirements.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
  • Select and change cutting tools, fixtures, and offsets.
  • Monitor machining operations and make minor adjustments to maintain quality.
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
  • Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
  • Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
  • Record production data and inspection reports.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment (5S
