Warehouse Executive

The Ware house Executive mainly work on Picker and Packer is responsible for pulling items from warehouse shelves based on digital or paper pick-lists and preparing them for shipment. This role requires a high level of physical stamina and a "perfect order" mindset to ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered.

• Picking: Navigate the warehouse to locate items using handheld RF scanners or pick-to-light systems.
• Packing: Securely wrap and box items to prevent damage during transit, choosing the most efficient box size to save on shipping costs.
• Quality Control: Check items for defects, expiration dates, or damage before they are packed.
• Labeling: Print and apply shipping labels, barcodes, and "Fragile" stickers accurately.
• Inventory Support: Alert supervisors to low stock levels or misplaced items found while picking.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy workstation to ensure safety and prevent trip hazards.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Physical Stamina: Comfort with walking/standing for 8–10 hours and lifting items.
• Speed & Accuracy: Ability to meet "units per hour" (UPH) targets without sacrificing order quality.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with handheld scanners or tablets is a big plus.
• Reliability: Strong attendance record is crucial in a high-volume environment.
• Language: Basic reading and math skills to interpret order lists and SKU numbers.
