Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, which supports the distribution of 2-wheeler accessories (e.g., helmets, lights, guards) and running gear (e.g., riding jackets, gloves, boots). The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels of all accessories and gear items.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure correct labeling, tagging, and storage of products.
• Identify slow-moving and fast-selling items to assist purchasing decisions.

Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

• Manage picking, packing, and shipping of customer and retail orders.
• Ensure timely and error-free dispatches to reduce returns and complaints.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth deliveries.

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise loading/unloading, sorting, and shelf arrangements.
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.

Team Management

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and enforce safety protocols.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and standards.

Systems & Reporting

• Use inventory management software to track stock and order status.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and customer service teams.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety standards and compliance with warehouse regulations.
• Maintain records of damaged or returned goods.
• Conduct risk assessments and minimize shrinkage/loss.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a warehouse manager or supervisor.
• Familiarity with 2-wheeler accessories and running gear is a plus.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management software
• Understanding of stock flow, logistics, and e-commerce fulfillment.
• Physically fit and capable of managing warehouse demands.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business).
• 7–10 years of relevant warehouse experience (preferably in automotive accessories or apparel).
• Experience in both B2B and D2C operations is desirable.
