Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our sanitary ware facility. You will manage inventory that is heavy, fragile, and high-SKU (ceramics, faucets, bathtubs). Your focus will be optimizing storage, minimizing product damage, and leading a safe, efficient team.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Control: Manage high-volume SKUs; enforce strict batch/shade matching for ceramics and component kitting (e.g., matching toilet bowls with correct tanks/seats).
  • Damage Mitigation: Implement strict handling and heavy-duty packaging protocols to eliminate scratches and breakage of fragile glass and porcelain.
  • Operations & Shipping: Streamline receiving (including container unloading), picking, and packing for retail and construction site deliveries.
  • Returns Management: Inspect returned goods for damage before approving them for restocking.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff while enforcing strict safety and forklift protocols.

🎓 Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years in warehouse management, specifically handling sanitary ware, building materials, or ceramic tiles.
  • Skills: Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) / ERPs and MS Excel.
  • Logistics: Experience handling international shipping containers and heavy/bulky freight.
  • Leadership: Strong track record of managing and motivating material-handling teams.
