Job Description
The Warehouse & MIS Manager will oversee inventory, warehouse operations, procurement coordination, and business reporting across all our Churroland outlets. This role is critical in ensuring stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely management reporting.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and minimize variances.
- Coordinate stock transfers and procurement requirements.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales, food cost, inventory, and store performance data.
- Maintain ERP/POS data accuracy and streamline reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs.
