Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager with strong experience in e-commerce warehouse operations, route planning, and field team management. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing drivers and refillers, and ensuring efficient route execution and stock handling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate stock picking, verification, and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct periodic audits.

2. Route & Delivery Operations

• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor route performance and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
• Handle route deviations, delays, and on-ground operational challenges.

3. Driver & Refiller Management

• Manage and coordinate drivers and refillers for daily operations.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of field staff.
• Ensure proper allocation of routes and tasks to drivers and refillers.
• Conduct regular briefings and ensure compliance with company policies.

4. Manpower Handling (Pickers & Refillers)

• Supervise warehouse manpower including pickers and refillers.
• Plan shift schedules and manage rotational shifts effectively.
• Ensure productivity targets and operational KPIs are met.
• Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback.

5. Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure proper stock handling, replenishment, and tracking.
• Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and expiries.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply teams for stock availability.

6. Process & Compliance

• Implement and improve warehouse SOPs and operational processes.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance within warehouse and field operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of daily operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Expertise in route planning and last-mile delivery management.
• Team handling and manpower management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle field challenges.
• Familiarity with WMS, Excel, and basic reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, last-mile delivery, or vending operations is a plus.

Work Requirements:

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
• Willingness to manage field operations and travel locally when required.
