Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Warehouse Management

· Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of stock work closely with Pickers & Refillers and guide them

· Maintain accurate records of inventory levels through regular stock audits and verification.

· Monitor stock movement to ensure accuracy and avoid shrinkage, damage, or loss.

· Implement best practices to optimize warehouse space utilization and inventory flow.

Logistics & Stock Movement

· Ensure smooth and timely movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.

· Coordinate with logistics teams and drivers for efficient dispatch and delivery.

· Provide on-site assistance during transit – accompany drivers to client locations as required and ensure secure delivery and return

· Track and report delivery performance, route efficiency, and turnaround times of team members.

Team Management

· Maintain and update duty rosters for Pickers, Refillers, and Drivers to ensure adequate staffing.

· Supervise and train warehouse staff to meet performance and safety standards.

· Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Compliance

· Generate regular reports on stock levels, dispatches, returns, and Product damages.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations within the warehouse.

· Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, etc.) for stock requirements and replenishments.
