Job SummaryThe Wealth Relationship Manager is responsible for mobilizing funds from the public by promoting the Company's investment products, including Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and Subordinated Debt (Sub Debt). The role involves acquiring new investors, maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers, generating referrals, and achieving assigned business targets while ensuring full compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMobilize investments from retail, HNI, and corporate customers through NCDs and Subordinated Debt.
• Identify and acquire new investors through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat investments and customer retention.
• Explain product features, returns, tenure, risks, and investment benefits to prospective investors.
• Generate business through employee referrals, business associates, channel partners, and customer references.
• Conduct customer meetings, investment seminars, promotional activities, and awareness campaigns.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual fund mobilization targets assigned by the management.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective investors and regularly follow up for business conversion.
• Ensure complete KYC documentation and compliance with RBI, Companies Act, and SEBI guidelines (where applicable).
• Coordinate with branch teams and operations for timely processing of investment applications and issuance of investment certificates.
• Track investment maturities and proactively ensure reinvestments and customer retention.
• Handle customer queries, service requests, and grievance resolution promptly.
• Submit daily activity reports, business forecasts, and MIS reports to the reporting manager.
• Ensure adherence to all internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.

• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any equivalent discipline.
• MBA (Finance/Marketing) will be an added advantage.
• Experience2–8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking, NBFC, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, NCD sales, or investment products.
• Experience in public fund mobilization and liability product sales is preferred.
• Existing network of HNI, retail, and corporate investors will be an added advantage.
• Required SkillsStrong sales and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
